7月話咁快又來到尾聲,又係時候基爾要稍稍郁下個blog,驚太耐唔update會有人以為喱度close了!

寫為食野應該最萬無一失吧!好耐無見的旅行腳之前分批聚了兩次,其中一次來到沙田,好少閒日來到新城市,似乎人潮是少一點。可能是趁暑假關係,這次大堂的展覽以camping旅行作主題,見好多大小朋友入去帳幕和旅行車上玩自拍。

旅行腳部份因為要返工,要晚一點會合,其餘休假或退休人士(咁快退休真羨慕呢!)都幾早到商場裏各自遊弋,基爾遊了一輪無甚收穫,還是先上預訂的茶樓霸位……

由於時間尚早關係(6點幾左右),店內其實食客不多,到了7點打後就開始陸續坐滿了,但觀察所見大部份都只係做一輪生意而已,可能始終是閒日無假日咁熱鬧吧!

Anyway,會合晒所有與會人士後就order了這個4人套餐(因為某銀行卡有折)。前菜這個麻醬青瓜粉皮基爾覺得清新得來又幾好食。

點喱個套餐因為見佢菜式都幾豐富,雞鴨魚蝦燉湯樣樣都有,大路得來又合胃口。說時遲那時快,桌上迅速地來了隻醉雞,濃濃的花雕酒香味,可謂雞不醉人人自醉(即係點)!

緊接著又到熱燙燙的燉湯登場,取名為「瑤柱花膠螺頭燉雞」,味道ok而且幾足料,人均可以飲到兩小碗,當然如果自己家裏煲的還是稍勝一籌(因為可以飲兩大碗)。至於那條金腿糟蒸黃花魚基爾不太懂欣賞,略嫌多骨但肉質算是鮮美,可惜嗜魚團友今次缺席否則必可大快朵頤。

這味乾燒明蝦球原本份量頗大碟,只是吃了大半才記起忘了影相(掛住講旅行經),基爾唯有快快手手撥返埋一小碟才補影返張相,所以賣相稍為打了折扣,原本係靚仔少少。

最後的重頭戲是片皮鴨,整體來說是average水平,沒驚喜也不會有失準之作。以埋單計人均$230左右計算是不過不失之選,當然最重要其實係可以坐足全晚,單單聽領隊未來一年半載的外遊大計,也是件賞心樂事呢!
